ABOUT

Probus is an association of autonomous clubs for retired people, regular opportunities are offered for members to meet others with similar interests. Probus is short for “Professional and Business” and most members come from such backgrounds.

We are a mixed club for retired and semi-retired people who share interests, friendship and activities like lunches with guest speakers, social events and outings. We include members from North Wirral including West Kirby, Hoylake, Meols, Moreton, Wallasey and Birkenhead. Our members come from a diverse range of backgrounds including armed forces education, engineering, police, public services as well as business.

WHO CAN JOIN

the club welcomes men and women who are retired or semi-retired who have had a background in business, self employment other professional background. Subscription is £20 each year.

INTERESTED IN JOINING US

Becoming a member has proved to be an excellent way to meet new and enduing friends. You will probably meet somebody from a similar background and will certainly meet many with similar interests.
